Table Runner needed more than a standard food ordering website. The platform had to coordinate recurring subscriptions, meal preferences, payments, and delivery schedules while giving the operations team clear control over each order.
Scope Of Work
Relia Software provided a dedicated development team to design and build the complete food subscription web platform.
UX Design: Created clear user flows for meal discovery, package selection, preference setting, subscription management, and checkout.
Customer Web App: Developed the responsive customer-facing platform for browsing meals and purchasing available packages.
Meal Catalogue: Presented meal images, descriptions, nutritional values, customer reviews, and other product details.
Subscription Management: Built workflows for weekly and monthly packages, customer preferences, and recurring orders.
Delivery Scheduling: Connected each subscription with its selected schedule so customers could receive meals according to their plan.
Payment Flow: Enabled customers to select their package and complete payment directly through the web app.
Customer Accounts: Supported member sign-in and access to subscription and order information.
Backend Architecture: Designed the server-side structure needed to connect customer accounts, meal plans, payments, and schedules.
Admin Panel: Developed internal tools for managing meals, customers, subscriptions, and service operations.
