Challenges

Sprintly needed a clean and practical web platform for teams that wanted to manage work without heavy project management tools. Users had to create tasks, assign responsibilities, track issue status, monitor activity, and understand project progress quickly.

For startups and SMEs, usability was important. The interface had to feel simple enough for daily use while still supporting Agile-style issue tracking, task filters, reports, tags, activity logs, and status updates.
