Python Technical Lead

Core Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement high-quality software solutions in Python. Set standards for best practices in Python development.

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring alignment and progress through code reviews and cross-functional collaboration.

• Work closely with founders and the analytics team to define technical direction and execute on the product roadmap.

• Stay updated on the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and industry trends. Bring innovative ideas to the team to enhance product performance and user experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Python, including frameworks and libraries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Proficient with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience with React is a plus.

• Strong English skills, both written and verbal.

• Problem-solving focus on efficient, scalable solutions.

• Proven experience mentoring and managing development teams.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects effectively.
